Member Services Greeter

P/T

  • Greet and welcome members, potential members, and visitors to the credit union, evaluate their needs and direct them to the appropriate individual/department. Provide basis credit union information.
  • Ability to assist members on opening online memberships and submitting online loan applications.
  • Coordinate and follow through to see that members and visitors are assisted promptly.
  • Utilize credit union computer applications that may include email, internet, database software.
  • Keep the greeter desk and service area/cafe clean and dispose of garbage as needed. Replenish service area/cafe with supplies as needed.
  • Exhibit excellent member service skills
