I've applied for a loan at GCFCU and have the greatest opportunity to have Lisa Varian as my Loan Processor. She was very well versed on the loan requirements and went over my options in details. She was very courteous and friendly. When asking for a loan I tend to have some anxiety. She explained the different processes with a smile (I can tell these things even over the phone and emails). I give my experience a 10 out of 10.
